Find a group of friends that their husbands are also in med school. This will be the most beneficial thing you do! Also, don't gripe at your husband for studying. Support him. It will benefit you later. Ok, one more thing...find something you enjoy doing like a hobby.

I agree with Katie. A group of spouses with significant others in med school is invaluable. I think, too, it's really important to have friends who aren't on the same path. They will keep you grounded to the real, non-medical world. Church, a hobby, whatever is a great way to occupy your time when study time comes along.
