Mike is in the middle of a 24 hour shift. You know on the tv show 24 when each hour feels like it is so much longer and you keep wondering what disaster is going to crop up next? Take away the nuclear threat and terrorists and that is what my day has felt like. We are not new to 24 hour shifts, but today has felt soooo long. And little fires keep popping up and I feel like I have been running around trying to stomp them out before they get out of control. Seven more hours until Mike gets off. Not that I'm counting or anything.
I'm not up to anything...and I haven't been up to anything...no need to check under the bed
Oh wow that's tough. And I think 9 hours is a long time, gee that's nothing compared to 24.
